Kayla- Founder, Editor (Los Angeles, California)
Kayla is a writer, director, and creator of fun things living in Venice, California. Raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Kayla moved west to pursue a career in film. When she’s not making movie magic she travels. When she’s not traveling you can find her at home cooking, crafting, training her new pup (Yogi) and surfing the web for her next big adventure. She can be found under waterfalls, in small cafes, and lounging on a beach near you.
Tawney- Founder, (Venice, California)
Tawney is a San Diego native, but spent many years in Charleston, South Carolina (including middle school where she met Kayla!) before moving back to California. Her gypsy ways started in her late teens when she joined a performance group called The Young Americans, touring the world teaching kids music. The adventures haven’t stopped since. Tawney now resides in Venice, California working for an international anti-slavery organization, teaching and practicing yoga, making friends, surfing, and biking around with flowers in her hair. Her trademark: handstands, tea tree toothpicks, and flip-flops.
